Olivia Fox

Olivia Fox is a proven, seasoned, and dynamic radio industry professional, whom has worked in the radio business for over 2 decades. A vivacious St. Louis, Missouri native and graduate of Southern Illinois University- Carbondale, Olivia is regarded as one of the most talented women in radio and has demonstrated her mass appeal and versatility by successfully generating a large and diverse listening audience of various radio formats.

In 2004, Olivia made history by hosting her own morning show in Tampa, Florida, on Clear Channel’s WBTP 95.7 the Beat.

From January 2004 until September 2006 Olivia provided infotainment, covering local issues, while addressing regional, national and international stories. With her quick wit, comedy skits, character voices, and the ability to build a competitive, informative, fast paced and family friendly product, Olivia left the Tampa Bay radio market as one of the top rated and popular radio personalities. Prior to coming to Tampa Bay, Olivia was the co-host of the highly rated award winning and nationally syndicated radio program, “The Russ Parr Morning Show with Olivia Fox.”

Olivia Fox transitioned back to the day time airwaves on Majic 102.3 during the midday time slot. Olivia has consistently set a standard of excellence on every on air position she has worked in. Ms. Fox has made special appearances and hosted major award shows, concerts and charity events. In 2000, she covered the Al Gore Fly around working with the DNC in key battleground states. She was one of a very few radio broadcasters invited to cover the event.

On September 11, she covered the national disaster live on the air for over 5 hour to a nationwide audience and a year later was assigned to broadcast live from the Pentagon covering the tragedy one year later, one of the few radio personalities to be allowed to broadcast on site. She has served as a judge in the Miss USA Circuit Pageant, a media spokesperson for the National Transplant Olympics and has endorsed many national products, services, businesses national and international festivals and concerts.

A lifetime member of the NAACP, Olivia is a fierce advocate of health related organizations including the American Kidney Fund and the American Association for Kidney Patients. If her career and civic commitments didn’t keep her busy enough, Olivia r mentors young people, public speaks on college campuses as well as various organizations and non-profits.
